Nahush Gupte

Nahush Gupte is an accomplished Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in implementing and managing Agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently at Westerra Credit Union since November 2021, Nahush has successfully kicked off new Scrum teams, facilitated Team Charter Sessions, and coached on Product Thinking. Previously, Nahush re-established Scrum and Kanban teams at Nike, established metrics for progress measurement, and worked on projects that required prompt adjustments due to market changes. Experience also includes roles at The Standard, Portland General Electric, and ForeScout Technologies, where Nahush delivered business value through automation, integration, and efficient project management. Nahush holds a Master of Science in Banking and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, equipping with a strong foundation for Agile and business processes.
