Jana Falke

Jana Falke has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR and talent development. Jana started their career as an Intern in HR Talent Development at Deutsche Bank in 2014. Jana then moved on to BNP Paribas Real Estate, where they worked as a Junior Learning and Development Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they joined Nemak Europe GmbH and held the positions of Talent Development Specialist Europe from 2017 to 2019, and later as a Global HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Jana is working at KfW IPEX-Bank as a Personalreferentin Talent & Change Management.

Jana Falke's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Goethe University Frankfurt and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften in 2014. In 2012, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and studied Business, Management, Marketing, und verbundene unterstützende Dienste. Jana then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Learning from Maastricht University, which they obtained in 2015. Recently, in 2022, they attended the Life & Business Coaching Academy Frankfurt to gain the qualifications of a Life & Business Coach.
