Eric Martinez Solis

Eric Martinez Solis has a diverse work experience in the fields of design, UI/UX, and web development. Eric is currently a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision, where they aim to advance the practice of design leadership and create an inclusive community for design team leaders. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Mentor at CareerFoundry, guiding and supporting students in their design education journey.

In 2021, Eric served as the Team Lead for UI/UX Design at kfzteile24 GmbH, overseeing the UI and UX strategy for the company's digital products. Eric was responsible for product development and user experience research, focusing on webshops and native applications for iOS and Android.

Before their role at kfzteile24 GmbH, Eric worked as a Product Designer at eBay's Mobile.de platform. Eric focused on UX and UI design, specifically in the areas of user activation, acquisition, and the B2B dealer portal. Prior to eBay, Eric was a Senior Product Designer at Vodafone, where they played a key role in shaping the future of the company's IoT initiatives and designing a new IoT marketplace. Eric also worked at CRVSH, Vodafone Disruption Lab Germany, developing MVPs and new digital product experiences.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Web Developer and Web Designer at Sociomantic (acquired by Dunnhumby), where they developed and maintained the company's design system and created personalized digital advertising designs for clients. Eric also gained experience as a Vector Reviewer at Shutterstock, evaluating and assessing the copyright fit of illustrators' creations.

Prior to these roles, Eric worked as a B2B Design Teacher at Galeno Consulting Group, providing tailored courses on Adobe Creative tools to digital and creativity companies. Eric also worked as a Trainee Graphic Designer at IdeaRedonda, conceptualizing and developing designs for clients in the Gastronomy and Events industry.
