Milica Markovic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Milica began their career in 2010 as an HR Team Leader at the Academy of Modern Management. In 2011, they took on the role of Summer Academy Local Project Leader for ESTIEM LG Belgrade and later became Vice President and Local Responsible for the organization. Milica also served as Logistics Team Leader for EuroBelgrade, a sports tournament.
In 2012, Milica joined the Road Arrow Team, where they were a member of the marketing team responsible for developing a business plan and pitching the idea to investors for a racing formula vehicle. Milica then moved on to Nielsen as a Jr. Client Executive, working in customer insight and campaign planning.
In 2015, Milica joined Telenor as a CLM Campaign Planner, focusing on customer analytics and personalized offers for both prepaid and postpaid customers. Milica later joined smava GmbH and took on various roles including Team Lead eCRM and Acting Product Owner for the Customer Communication Center and GDPR compliance.
Most recently, Milica has been working at kfzteile24 GmbH as the Head of CRM, leading the business team behind Customer Lifecycle Management. Milica has a track record of implementing data-driven and highly automated processes to improve CRM performance and drive revenue growth. Milica aims to continue leveraging their skills and experience to help companies succeed in their customer-centric strategies.
Milica Markovic obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organisation at the University of Belgrade from 2009 to 2013. Milica also obtained a certification in Fundamentals Course from Bloomreach in February 2021.
