Claes Carlberg

Claes Carlberg has extensive experience in human resources, holding the position of HR-chef at KGK since October 2011, where responsibilities include managing a team of five and developing HR policies, as well as strategic leadership initiatives. Prior to this, Claes served as HR-chef at ONOFF Sverige AB from April 2005 to September 2011, focusing on recruitment and work environment assessments. Earlier roles included HR Specialist positions at OKQ8 AB and icon medialab, where Claes contributed to staff administration and recruitment efforts in various capacities. Claes holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, organization studies, and labour relations from Stockholm University and has furthered expertise with a diploma in Organizational Development from Gestaltakademin i Skandinavien.
