Michelle Reynolds

Michelle Reynolds, RN, CCM, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in telephonic case management, COVID-19 response, and emergency nursing. Currently serving as a Telephone Triage Nurse at HealthHelp since June 2022, Reynolds also works as a Telephonic Case Investigator for AppleOne Employment Services and the South Carolina Department of Health, engaging with COVID-positive patients to provide education and symptom assessment. As a COVID-19 Vaccine RN with KH Nursing Services, Reynolds administers vaccines at various locations while utilizing EPIC for patient documentation. Previous roles include managing a caseload of 200 patients at Humana, triage and care coordination at UnitedHealth Group, and leadership in the Emergency Department at Atrium Medical Center. Reynolds holds an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Miami University.
