Aishwarya Nagpal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Mumbai office. She specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, and routine advisory on all aspects of Indian corporate and foreign investment laws.

Aishwarya advises private equity funds and other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions, across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, IT & ITES, manufacturing, EdTech, logistics, real estate and financial services.
