Sumit Bhalotia

Sumit Bhalotia is a Director in the Finance & Accounts team of the firm and is based in the firm’s Kolkata office. With more than 15 years of experience in taxation, finance, company law and accounting, he has been with the firm for over 9 years.

Sumit is a qualified chartered accountant, company secretary and MBA (Finance), and carries a blend of experience of having worked at both professional services firms and industrial houses in the past.

He has also worked on transactions involving tax efficient structuring for charitable trusts, compliance reviews, setting of accounting structures and tax related financial modelling.
