Hemant Pansare

Hemant Pansare has a diverse work experience in analytics and data science. Hemant is currently working as the Director of Analytics and Data Science at Khatabook since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Analytics and Data Science at Khatabook from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Khatabook, Hemant worked at PharmEasy from December 2019 to April 2022, starting as a Manager and later being promoted to Senior Manager of Analytics and Data Science. Additionally, they have also worked as a Mentor at IIT Bombay from August 2019 to December 2020. Hemant's earlier experiences include working as a Manager of Data Science at Mahindra Rise from October 2017 to December 2019, a Data Scientist at Fractal Analytics from May 2014 to October 2017, a Summer Intern at Consci Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, and as an ASE at TCS from November 2008 to December 2010. Hemant's roles have involved various responsibilities such as leading analytics projects, mentoring teams, developing predictive models, implementing AI solutions, and driving business impact. Hemant has received recognition and awards for their contributions in the field of data science.

Hemant Pansare obtained a Master in Management degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi, from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have earned several certifications in subjects such as convolutional neural networks, deep learning, machine learning, and equity research, from institutions like Coursera, CFA Institute, DataCamp, and Consci Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
