Siju Chacko

Siju Chacko has held various HR roles throughout their work experience. Siju started their career at Country Club India Ltd as an Executive HR from 2006 to 2008. Siju then joined Carlson Wagonlit as a Sr. Executive HR, where they managed the entire employee life cycle and implemented various HR initiatives from 2008 to 2010. Siju then moved to Aon Hewitt as a Sr. Specialist HR, where they supported a business unit of 1000 employees and implemented HR tools from 2010 to 2015. After that, they worked at Novo Nordisk as an Associate Manager-HR Operations and later as a Manager-HR from 2015 to 2019. At ShareChat, they held two roles: as an HR Manager from 2019 to 2021, responsible for HR operations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and statutory compliance, and as an Associate Director-HR from 2021 to 2022, where they implemented HRIS systems and enhanced employee benefits. Siju is currently working as the Director - HR Ops & Talent Management at Khatabook.

Siju Chacko completed an MBA in Finance & HR from Anna University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Govt. Science College from 2001 to 2004.
