Adham Salama has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Adham is currently working as the Director of the Project Management Office at Khatib & Alami since February 2021. Adham started their career as a Senior Environmental Planner at Zuhair Fayez Partnership from December 2004 to July 2007.

Adham Salama's education history includes a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Alexandria University, obtained from 1984 to 1989. Adham also pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and Planning from Alexandria University, starting in 1989 and finishing in 2003. During this time, they also enrolled in the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, where they earned a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies and Planning in 2003. Adham Salama further enhanced their qualifications by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Planning & Studies from the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research between 2001 and 2003. Adham also obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2008 and another certification called IPMO-P from the Association of International Project Management Officers in 2019.
