Zuhaibulla Sibgathulla's work experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Khatib & Alami since 2017, where they are involved in talent acquisition for ongoing mega projects in Saudi Arabia and UAE. Zuhaibulla'sresponsibilities include sourcing profiles, screening CVs, conducting HR validation, and conducting preliminary interviews and negotiations with candidates. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the same company from May 2017 to July 2023. Before joining Khatib & Alami, Zuhaibulla worked as a Guest Relation Administrator at Vatika Business Centre from May 2016 to May 2017 and as a Customer Relation & Admin Executive at IndiGo from June 2013 to February 2016.

Zuhaibulla Sibgathulla completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Suresh Gyan Vihar University from 2020 to 2022.
