Nurazeyan Khalis

Nurazeyan Khalis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic human capital management and investments, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Human Capital Management at Khazanah Nasional Berhad since January 2007. In this role, Nurazeyan leads HR business partners and has held various senior positions, including Director of Investments and Senior Vice President of Investments. The career includes significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, structuring, and value creation across diverse sectors such as financial institutions, media, technology, and leisure & tourism, along with an international posting at Khazanah Americas Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Nurazeyan is a Board Member at Putrajaya Holdings since October 2023 and previously worked in corporate finance at Maybank Investment Banking Group and PETRONAS. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
