Tim Burchard II

Tim Burchard II has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2021 onwards, they have been working at Kiavi, initially as a Regulatory & Commercial Counsel and currently as the Director of Legal, responsible for employment, commercial, and regulatory matters. Prior to this, Tim worked as an Attorney at Merlin Law Group, P.A. from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they served as the Managing Regulatory Counsel at LenderLive from 2014 to 2018. In 2014, Tim had a brief role as a Policy Analyst and Home Modification Benefit Operations Manager at Compri Consulting. Tim also gained experience as a Senior Analyst at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM Company, from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Tim worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Clayton in 2013. In 2011, they were an Analyst at Special Counsel, specifically involved in an OCC-mandated independent foreclosure review. Tim's earlier experience includes working as a Law Clerk at Rubin and Debski, P.A. in 2010, where they handled multiple responsibilities such as drafting legal documents, maintaining billable hours log, and conducting case law research.

Tim Burchard II holds a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Florida Coastal School of Law, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Tim also earned a Masters of Resource Law Studies degree in Environmental, Natural Resource, and Oil and Gas Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Tim completed their B.A. in English Literature and Psychology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they are a Colorado Licensed Attorney, obtained from the Colorado State Supreme Court in 2015.
