Attaher Cisse

Attaher Cisse has over 25 years of experience in agricultural development and marketing, currently serving as a Regional Representative at KickStart International since September 2006. Responsibilities include implementing marketing plans, promoting irrigation technology, and training agents on irrigation techniques. Previous roles include Regional Assistant at PRODEPAM/USAID Mali, where Attaher supported project teams in site identification and enhanced agricultural production techniques, and Chief of Marketing at PACCEM, focusing on cooperatives and agricultural productivity. Attaher holds a degree in Agronomy from IPR/IFRA of Katibougou and has contributed to various collaborative agricultural initiatives throughout a comprehensive career.
