Noah Stitelman has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Noah began their career as a Mac Genius at Apple from November 2005 to June 2009. Following that, they joined Etsy in November 2015 and held various roles, including Senior Manager of Community and Support Operations, Manager of Product Support, and Manager of Customer Support. At Etsy, they oversaw support, community moderation, and bug resolution, set team KPIs, initiated vendor relationships, developed managers and employees, and created and managed a new team supporting product and policy launches. Noah then worked at Simplecast as the Director of Customer Support from October 2018 to May 2020. Noah'srole involved leading customer support and ensuring effective training and scaling of the team.
