Jordan Gomez

Jordan Gomez started their work experience in 2011 as a Marketing Intern at UC Santa Barbara, where they focused on brand development, research analysis, and promotional strategy. From 2012 to 2013, they held positions as a Research Assistant and Public Relations Intern at UC Santa Barbara. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Skyrocket Ventures, a premium recruiting firm for high-growth technology companies. From 2016 to 2019, they served as an Associate in Retail Investment Sales at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, specializing in investment sales, leasing, debt financing, and asset management. At Colliers, they held the roles of Associate Vice President and Vice President in Retail Capital Markets from 2019 to 2023, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and net leased investments in Southern California. Currently, they serve as a First Vice President at Kidder Mathews, specializing in the sale of Net Leased Investments nationwide and Shopping Centers across Southern California.

Jordan Gomez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from UC Santa Barbara, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Chino Hills High School from 2005 to 2008 and earned a High School Diploma.
