Matthew Ault

Matthew Ault has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Matthew is currently a First Vice President at Kidder Mathews, where they work closely with institutional clients to provide development, acquisitions/dispositions, and tenant representation services. Prior to this, Matthew served as an Acquisitions and Development Manager at The AULT Companies, where they successfully developed over 1 million square feet of commercial space and acquired various properties. Matthew also has experience working at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Asset Management Co-Lead, where they focused on analyzing and planning leases and fee-simple properties across the United States. Throughout their career, Matthew has built strong relationships with key industry players such as Kroger, Safeway, Bashas, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, and McDonald’s.

Matthew Ault completed their Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Arizona State University from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2009 to 2010.
