Rick Putnam has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Rick is currently serving as the Executive Vice President/Shareholder at Kidder Mathews since March 2018. Prior to that, they were the President of Soonipi Holdings, LLC starting from July 2017. Rick also held various leadership positions at Colliers-International as the Managing Director from March 2012 to June 2017, at RREEF as the Managing Director from November 2007 to September 2011, and at Cushman & Wakefield as the Executive Vice President from February 2007 to November 2007. Rick spent almost two decades at Trammell Crow Company as EVP/Principal from September 1988 to February 2007. Rick started their career at JP Morgan as AVP and worked there from 1983 to 1986.

Rick Putnam graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Political Science from Stanford University in 1983. After a brief gap, they pursued higher education and obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Business in the years 1986 to 1988.
