Brian Coleman

Brian Coleman began their work experience as a Department Manager at SuperValue in 1988. Brian then worked at DHL as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Operations Manager from 1992 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Tesco PLC as an IT Development and Deployment Director / PMO Director, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Coleman served as the Health and Beauty Group IT Director at Dairy Farm Group. In 2018, they started their own consulting business as a Senior Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at KidKraft, Inc, starting in 2019.

Brian Coleman earned their Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained various certifications related to leadership, teamwork, employee feedback, performance management, and coaching. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification in the field of "Giving and Receiving Feedback" acquired in April 2023.
