Kawanbir Singh Gujral has a diverse work experience in various roles. Kawanbir Singh started their career as a Relationship Manager at Reliance Securities in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Educomp Solutions Ltd, where they played a key role in developing the School Business brand. In 2011, they joined Global Indian International School as a Senior Manager in Business Development. Kawanbir Singh'smost recent position was as the Head of Business Development for Kïdo, where they were responsible for creating engaging and pedagogically sound early learning centers.

Kawanbir Singh Gujral completed their MBA in Marketing from Amity University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Sherwood College for their High School education from 1992 to 2001.
