Hattie Zhang, PSM, M.A.Sc. has worked in various positions since 2002. In 2002, they worked as a Software Developer for Shanghai Xingu Software Co., Ltd. In 2007, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst for Epicor Software formerly NSB Group. In 2008, they worked as an Application Support Analyst for Centtric Marketing Systems. In 2010, they worked as an IT Programmer Associate for Bell Mobility, a Web Developer for Moveable Inc., and an Application Developer for CarltonOne Engagement. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Global Reward Solutions as a Scrum Master, Lead Developer, and Project Lead as well as a Sr. Application Developer. In 2021, they began working as a Delivery Lead for Kidoodle.TV®.

Hattie Zhang has an impressive educational background. Hattie obtained a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology between 1998 and 2002. Hattie then continued their education at Concordia University, where they earned a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc) in Electrical Engineering in 2008. In addition, Zhang has obtained several certifications, including Communicating with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in February 2022, Becoming an Agile Coach from LinkedIn in September 2021, Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn in September 2021, and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in July 2020.
