Nick Straka

Nick Straka currently serves as the Director of Facilities at Kids Dental Brands, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Straka worked at Heartland Dental as a Senior Facilities Manager, focusing on policy implementation and team leadership for over 1,700 offices nationwide, after initially serving as Facilities Manager where emergency responses and cost-saving measures were critical during the COVID pandemic. Straka has also contributed to athletics as a coach at Robinson High School and Oblong/Palestine/Hutsonville High School, guiding student-athlete development and promoting teamwork. Earlier experience includes roles in operations and monitoring at Rex Energy Corporation and Connex, and previous positions in contracting and the oil industry. Straka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Wabash Valley College, along with coursework in Kinesiology from Millikin University.
