Diana Serrano

Diana Serrano is a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), responsible for onboarding and mentoring immigration paralegals while ensuring compliance with legal standards through quality assurance processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Research Assistant at the Henry J. Leir Institute for Migration and Human Security where qualitative research was conducted on migrant experiences in Costa Rica. Additional roles encompassed supporting legal services for migrants at HIAS, conducting research internships at the Migration Policy Institute and The Boston Foundation, and providing immigration paralegal support at Vazquez & Servi, PC. Diana holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgia State University.
