Kelsey Lewis

Kelsey Lewis is an accomplished executive with significant experience in organizations focused on early childhood development and support. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Friends of the Children - Utah since November 2022, Kelsey previously held the same title at Kids Who Count from July 2014 to November 2022, where notable achievements included doubling service recipients and increasing the operating budget by over 200% within eight years. Kelsey also directed the Early Intervention Program at Kids On The Move from April 2010 to June 2014, overseeing a $3 million budget and a team of 45 professionals serving children with special needs. Earlier in the career, Kelsey was the Director of Recruitment at Utah Foster Care Foundation, successfully launching a statewide campaign that recruited over 6,000 new families for foster care. Kelsey holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Women's Studies, both from the University of Utah.
