Rob Bartholly

Rob Bartholly is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People & Culture at KidsKonnect since January 2025. Previously, Rob held the position of Senior Director of People Growth & Experience at Catawiki from June 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included driving people growth, internal communications, and learning and development. Prior to that, Rob was HR Director Benelux & Scandinavia at Richemont, successfully establishing HR functions and managing significant changes within the organization from September 2011 to June 2022. Rob's earlier roles included HR Director for Schneider Electric, HR Consultant at Cygnific Customer Care, and various HR-related positions at Eraneos and Pathé Cinemas. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in social science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague, among other professional certifications in communication and human resources.
