Steve joined KidsTLC after serving 19 years with the Olathe School District, first as a Principal and then as a Director of Human Resources. He has consistently sought to creatively find solutions and supports to ensure optimal experiences for staff and students. Steve understands the need for supportive, innovative leadership in order for learning and performance to happen.
