Héctor Navarro is the current Dirección Talento at KidZania. Prior to this, they spent 9 years at Hoteles City Express where they held the position of Human Resources Vice Director. In this role, they were responsible for the design, execution, and measuring of the culture and human capital strategy for Hoteles City Express. This included managing over 150 properties in Mexico and LATAM, as well as Central / Corporate Offices from the human asset’s perspective. Héctor was also a member of the Committee of Culture, Sustainability, Branding, Communication and Innovation, and a leader of Talent Attraction, Internal Communication, Training, Organizational Development, Ergonomics, Onboarding, Wellbeing, Events, Compensations and Labor Relations.
Héctor is fascinated by the development and application of best practices in all areas and processes of Human Resources. Héctor is a promoter of a transformational leadership culture and ensures that all employees live a company experience characterized by being memorable, fun, challenging, and high learning in an environment with bidirectional communication that is inclusive, disruptive, and unique. Héctor motivates within the Human Capital team the spirit of creativity, service, complex problem solving, and critical thinking to ensure them a culture of anticipation to business needs.
Héctor Navarro has a Master's in Human Resources Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Bachelor's in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Change Management Diploma from Penn State University.
They work with Maria Jose Pineirua - Dirección Legal, Elizabeth Juarez - IT Managing Director, and Armando Colorado - Dirección Contraloría Financiera. Héctor Navarro reports to Fernando Gómez, Dirección de Shared Service.
