Asaad al Kattan

Asaad Al Kattan has extensive experience in various roles focused on education, security, and humanitarian efforts. Currently serving as an Instructor in the after-school program at KidzToPros since September 2021, Asaad previously worked as a Crown Security Officer at Crown Security Services from March 2018 to November 2022, and as a USO/Security Officer for G4S from August 2015 to March 2018. Earlier roles include Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for the International Rescue Committee, overseeing M&E plans, and Project Manager for Save the Children UK, focusing on Syrian refugees. Asaad was also the Executive Director of the Mother-Daughter Empowerment Program at IRD and served as Chief Facilitator for UNICEF-ISCA in Iraq. Asaad holds two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from the University of Baghdad and the Art of Baghdad, completed between 1979 and 1984.
