Lee Edwards-Smith

Lee Edwards-Smith is an experienced design professional with over 20 years in the construction industry, currently serving as Head Of Design at Kier Group since October 2019. Previously held positions include Senior Design Manager at both Kier Group and McLaren Construction Group, where Lee managed significant projects such as the £53m 'the Barcode' leisure development in Plymouth. With a comprehensive background in various sectors including commercial, education, and leisure, Lee has contributed to projects ranging from £5m to £800m, demonstrating expertise in design management and site operations. Lee's educational foundation includes a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management & the Environment from the University of Plymouth.
