Layne Page has over 35 years of work experience, primarily in program management and avionics support roles. Layne started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Deceptive Electronic Countermeasures Technician. After that, they served as an Avionics Officer and Assistant Avionics Officer in various Marine Corps units. Layne then worked as an Avionics Systems Project Officer for the Marine Light Attack Helicopter Program Office, where they led the integration of avionics systems on different helicopter models. Layne also served as an Avionics Officer in the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, where they managed avionics logistics support for multiple aircraft types. In 2008, Layne joined DCS Corp as a Senior Program Management Specialist, focusing on military GPS user equipment. Layne later joined Advanced Core Concepts, LLC as a Program Manager, overseeing various projects in the defense industry. Most recently, they worked at KIHOMAC, first as a Program Manager for several major weapons systems, then as a Staff Program Manager, and currently as the Director of Data Analytics. Layne is dedicated, results-oriented, and skilled at building cohesive teams.
Layne Page attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. Additionally, they have a certification in DAWIA Level II Program Management from the Defense Acquisition University, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
