Michael Sload

Michael was appointed to CEO in 2022. He joined KIK in 2019 as President of Automotive and was promoted to Group President in 2020 where he was responsible for their Household, Pool and Automotive businesses. Prior to joining KIK, Michael spent 24 years at Colgate Palmolive in Marketing and General Management where his last assignment was leading the company’s Global Personal Care business, including leading brands such as Palmolive, Softsoap, and Irish Spring. Earlier in his career he was responsible for the company’s business in the UK and Nordic. Additionally, Michael held leadership roles at Mastercard and Nestle Foods. He holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth.
