Radhika Bhateja

Radhika Bhateja is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Country Head at KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH since December 2023. Previously, Radhika held various positions at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from May 2015 to November 2023, including India Office Manager and Head of Food Department-Asia, as well as oversight roles in the Apparel and Food Departments. Radhika’s career began at Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., followed by roles at Group Indigo and KappAhl, where expertise in merchandising was developed. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Apparel and Textiles from Kurukshetra University, completed in 2010.
