Ricardo Ortega

Ricardo Ortega has over 20 years of HR experience, with their most recent role being HR Director at KIKO Milano. Prior to that, they served as HR Director at JUUL Labs. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an HR Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they provided HR strategy advice to the leadership team. Before that, they held positions as an HR Manager at Lebara Mobile, an HR Generalist at Hispania, and an HR Administrator at The Hyde Group. Ricardo began their career as a Recruitment and Training Technician at Pret A Manger.

Ricardo Ortega has a varied education history. In 2003-2004, they attended Kensington and Chelsea College, where they obtained a Human Resources Certificate. From 2004-2007, they studied at London South Bank University, earning a BSC (Hons) in HR Management & Psychology (CIPD).
