Aaron Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Aaron currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture - Southern at Kilcoy Global Foods, overseeing operations and leading a team of four other business leaders. Before this, they served as the General Manager People & Culture - Southern at the same organization.

Prior to joining Kilcoy Global Foods, Aaron worked as the Group Safety, Quality & Human Resources Manager at Ultro Group, where they led the national business alongside four other leaders. Aaron also held the position of People & Culture Manager, Victoria at UGL, an ASX 100 Company delivering outsourced services.

Aaron's experiences also include serving as the UGLK Vic - HR & IR Manager at Kaefer UGL - Joint Venture, where they established and implemented P&C strategies and led a multi-disciplinary team. Aaron also worked as the National HR & ER Manager at Silcar and held various roles in the People and Culture function at Energy Integrity, TruEnergy Group, and Caltex - Horizon Petroleum Group.

Aaron Young has a diverse education history. Aaron obtained their Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Law from Monash University in 2002. Aaron later pursued further education, earning an Advanced Diploma of Health and Safety from Asset College in 2017. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership from Churchill Institute, a Diploma of Training Design & Development from Churchill Education, and a Diploma of Education & Training from Churchill Institute. Aaron also pursued a Master's degree, completing an MBA in Masters of Business from Chifley Business in 2020. Aaron further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing a Certificate 4 in Training (TAE 40116) from Plenty Training in 2020. Furthermore, Aaron holds the certification of Certified Fellow from The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), which they obtained in 2014.
