Michael Culver has a long and diverse work experience. Michael started their career as a Sales Representative at Mondelēz International in 1994 and held various roles such as Retail Customer Manager, Category Sales Planner, and Customer Business Manager. Michael then became a Customer Marketing Manager at Safeway and later worked as a Customer Category Manager at Meijer. In 2003, they joined Mondelēz International again and served as a Sr. Customer Business Manager for Kroger and a Category Sales Planning Manager for Oscar Mayer. Michael also held positions as a Sr. Director of Sales Planning & Strategy and an Area Director Logistics Operations. From 2011 to 2013, Culver was the Region Vice President of Sales for the Midwest Region at Mondelēz International. Following that, they worked for The Kraft Heinz Company, where they served as the Vice President of Sales for the SuperValu and Albertsons Customer Teams. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Area Vice President of Sales. Currently, Culver is working at Kilcoy Global Foods, where they started as the Vice President of Commercial Operations for North America and has since been promoted to Senior Vice President.
Michael Culver earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Michael also completed the Food Industry Executive Management Program, specializing in Executive Leadership, at Cornell University. In addition, they undertook the Food Industry Executive Program at USC Marshall School of Business.
