Jesseca Watson

Jesseca Watson possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously holding roles such as Human Resources Business Partner II, Human Resources Generalist, and Payroll/HR Assistant at Kilgore College since July 2017. Additionally, Jesseca has experience as an Administrative Assistant at East Texas Police Academy and as an English Teacher at West Rusk High School. Educationally, Jesseca earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, along with an Associate of Arts in the same field, also from the University of Texas at Tyler and Kilgore College, respectively.
