Phil Jeong

Phil Jeong currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Killam Development, where Phil supervises new acquisition/development and disposition opportunities in various property types in Texas. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery and as a Director of Lease Administration at The Cordish Company. Phil has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Arizona State University, and a Data Science in Real Estate Certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, Phil has experience as a Professional Poker Player and is a winner of the Pokerstars Wednesday Night Shootout challenge.
