Andy K.

Andy K. currently serves as VP People at Kiln, overseeing People, Talent, and Workplace functions since January 2024. Prior to this role, Andy was the People Director at Shares from March 2022 to December 2023, leading the People division and enhancing employee experiences. Andy's extensive experience includes significant positions at Improbable, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Global Mobility to managing People Operations, and earlier roles at Google focusing on technical recruitment. Andy began a career in recruitment with Allegis Group and TEKsystems, and has foundational experience from a junior role at the Mexico Tourism Board. Andy holds a degree in Computing for Business from the University of Leeds.
