Rachael Mou-Thiel

Rachael Mou-Thiel is the current Community Development Manager at Kilter. Rachael has been with the company since January 2020 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Business Development Director.

Rachael has always been passionate about giving back and being involved in their community. Rachael loves that their job allows their to do both of those things! In their role, they partner with non-profits, corporate partners, and events to engage groups in activity based fundraising efforts.

Before Kilter, Rachael worked at Barry's as a Manager on Duty. Rachael was with the company for just over two years and loved it! However, when the opportunity to join Kilter presented itself, they knew it was the perfect fit.

Rachael Mou-Thiel has a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Acting from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Musical Theatre from the University at Buffalo.

Their manager is Seth Braddock, Founder & CEO. They work with Erica Peyer - Customer Success Manager, Jerry Hoopfer - CTO, and Julian Lavelle - Director of Marketing.
