Denise Truelove

Denise Truelove is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Kimball Electronics Group since November 2004, where responsibilities include leading HR, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR Information Systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Human Resource Specialist at the same company and as an ERP Project / Organizational Change Management Leader at Kimball International. Denise has also held key positions at Indiana Furniture as a Plant Manager and earlier as a Manufacturing Manager at Kimball International. Additionally, Denise has been a member of the Board of Directors for the APICS - Ohio Valley Chapter since July 1999, currently holding the role of Secretary/Treasurer. Denise holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Warren National and a high school diploma from Shoals High School.
