Charles Dulize

Charles Dulize is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Finance for France at Kimberly-Clark since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing the full P&L strategy for the consumer business. Prior to this role, Charles held several financial controller positions at L'Oréal, overseeing marketing expenditures for multiple brands, and conducting financial analysis and reporting across luxury product divisions in France and Benelux. Charles also gained experience as an internal auditor at Edmond de Rothschild and an audit analyst intern at PwC.
