Donna Garrity

Donna Garrity is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resources functions across various industries. Since July 2015, Donna has served as HR Director for the Family Care division at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities include strategic partnership with division leadership. Prior to this role, Donna was the HR Director for the Mill Division at Graphic Packaging International from May 1999 to July 2015, overseeing HR functions for seven paperboard mills. Donna's career began as an HR Manager at Saks, Inc. from February 1998 to April 1999. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Management Information Systems from the same institution.
