Erika Mina

Erika Mina has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, having worked as a Senior Innovation Manager at Kimberly-Clark since August 2010. In this role, Erika oversees laboratory operations in multiple countries and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Erika worked at RB as an R&D Scientist and later as an R&D Scientific Coordinator, where Erika established and managed a laboratory to support projects in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
