Rajiv Grover

Rajiv Grover is an experienced professional in sourcing and engineering, currently serving as the Innovation Sourcing Manager at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rajiv held various positions at Danfoss, including Global Sourcing Manager and Supplier Development and Cost Engineer, from May 2019 to August 2023. At FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, from July 2014 to May 2019, Rajiv functioned as an Engineering Research and Development Estimator and Vehicle Program Estimator, focusing on cost estimation and resource planning for NAFTA Jeep programs. Rajiv began the career as an Assistant Manager at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited and served as an Engineering Trainee at NTPC.
