With experience at Pfizer, Wyeth, and Cardinal Health, Gilberto has held various leadership positions, including Chief Quality Officer at Kimberly-Clark. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Organogenesis, Gilberto's expertise lies in driving process enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of pharmaceutical and medical device products and services. With a PhD in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Gilberto brings a strong educational background to their role.
