Mariya Bovkun

Mariya Bovkun serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives for Family Care at Kimberly-Clark since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mariya worked at Boston Consulting Group from December 2020 to April 2024, progressing from Consultant to Project Leader. Experience also includes an Investment Banking Summer Associate position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2019, and various consulting roles at Roland Berger between 2014 and 2018. Earlier career highlights feature internships at HBR Consulting LLC and Monomah Asset Management in 2013 and 2012, respectively, alongside leadership as VP Incoming Exchange for AIESEC United States. Academically, Mariya holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
