Christina McNelis

Christina McNelis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in portfolio management, transaction management, and healthcare software development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Portfolio Management at Kimco Realty Corporation since July 2008, Christina has also held the position of Transaction Manager in the Risk and Large Transaction Group. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Lehman Brothers, where responsibilities involved cash flow projection modeling and comprehensive due diligence for financing opportunities. Christina began their career at Health Care Software, providing programming and account management for healthcare information systems, and also worked as a Systems Engineer at SGT, analyzing space mission data. Christina earned a degree from Mount St. Mary's University between 1994 and 1998.
