Kenneth Roosth

Kenneth Roosth, SCSM, has extensive experience in property management, primarily focusing on shopping centers in South Florida. Since November 2011, Kenneth has served as Property Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation. Prior to this role, significant positions included Sr. Property Manager at Ram Realty Services, and V.P. Sales & Marketing at Roosth Construction. Kenneth has also held roles as Property Manager at Ramco-Gershenson, Inc., Regional Property Manager at Kramont Realty Trust, and Assistant General Manager at Sawgrass Mills Mall. Kenneth's educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1985 to 1987.
