Lauren Licausi

Lauren Licausi has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies such as Kimco Realty Corporation and Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. Lauren has expertise in managing and setting strategic direction for all aspects of human capital, including employee benefits programs, payroll, compensation, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior to their current role, Lauren also gained valuable experience at St. John's University where Lauren held various HR positions. Lauren holds a BA and MA in Psychology from Marist College.
